The specially developed REMMEL concrete mixer with 12 cbm drum volume offers a quality alternative to established European brands. We mount it on your choice of Mercedes Benz, MAN or Iveco chassis. Individual customer wishes are also flexibly realized.
The Remmel truck mixers of the STRENX generation are based on performance with high efficiency.
Our claim is to guarantee safety with high customer benefit through proven components, bundled with
the new wear-resistant STRENX fine-grained steel quality for the drum and mixing spirals. The result: Long service life for the wear-intensive drum and its spirals, with a lower unladen weight and thus a higher payload. Die REMMEL Fahrmischer sind zudem mit einem schwenkbaren (optional auch hydraulischen, linear verschiebbaren) Einfülltrichter ausgestattet.
Das bewirkt einen reibungslosen Einsatz des präventiven Trommelreinigungssystems.

Pivoting feed hopper
Every REMMEL concrete mixer is equipped with a manually pivoting feed hopper, which enables the use of our newly developed cleaning system. Our patented cleaning concept ensures fully automatic, effective and fast daily cleaning of the concrete drum before hardening of residual concrete occurs in the drum. The maximum transport capacity of the drum can therefore be optimally utilized. Dangerous and time-consuming manual chiselling work by employees is no longer necessary. With the help of our retrofit kits, you can easily convert your own truck mixers. The conversion can be carried out in our in-house workshop or in a workshop of your choice.
Strenx® STEEL
We want to offer our customers only the best quality for the highest demands, which is why we have opted for the high-performance steel STRENX® 700 from the Swedish manufacturer SSAB and installed it as standard in our concrete mixers.
Compared to conventional structural steel, STRENX®700 offers greater stability and performance despite its lower weight. This almost unrivaled product therefore ensures that the concrete mixer superstructure remains stable for longer.
